Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Charges may be processed manually if needed.
If an appointment is missed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, full prepayment may be required to book future appointments.
Running late? If you arrive more than 10 minutes past your appointment time, we may need to reschedule in order to keep the rest of the day running smoothly.
