Cancellation Policy

We totally understand that life happens - but if you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours may be charged 50% of the service total. No-shows will be charged the full amount. If you miss an appointment or cancel late, we may ask for full prepayment to book your next visit. Running late? If you’re more than 10 minutes behind, we might need to reschedule to keep the rest of our day running smoothly. Thank you for respecting our time and policies!
